Analysis
SimBiology provides model exploration tools to investigate the effects of a parameter on model dynamics. Parameter scans let you visualize the dynamic behavior of the model over a range of parameter values and initial conditions. You can also perform Monte Carlo simulations by sampling the parameters values from a distribution.
You can also use SimBiology to perform forward sensitivity analysis and calculate local, time-dependent sensitivities to parameter values and initial conditions.

Output from a parameter scan (clockwise from top): Multiple runs that vary the central dose, plots describing drug concentration over time, and a dose response surface showing different drug combinations.
